What on earth is a boggie? Something to do with toilets? Something to do with marshes? No, it's just another bad speller.
PS, suggest you don't move to a coal-mining area.

Took down a victorian ceiling once - I found dust up my nose for weeks afterwards - definetly had black bogies then
