It sounds like you've been invaded by a virus or spyware. Go to http://www.grisoft.com and download and run the free edition of AVG anti-virus and Ewido spyware. They will clean out any malware and protect your computer.

When you have done that go to http://www.ccleaner.com and download the free registry cleaner and run it, just watch your computer fly. Good luck.

What is happening is simply something is trying to load that is corrupted in some way. Go to start, search then type in that file name. Find the program associated with it...it should be a cd player possibly of Sony...write down the name of the program, then go to start, control panel...add/remove software...find the program...remove or repair. If it is your CD Rom and you have the disk you can probably repair it. If you don't the disk, you can remove it and windows will PROBABLY do the found new hardware when you restart your computer. No guarantee on that though so do it at your own risk. If you have the disk and it is the CD Rom player, just reinstall by putting in your disk and letting it autorun. If you don't have the disk, right click on my computer...properties, hardward, device manager..find the CD Rom and right click and choose delete or remove. Restart your computer and found new hardware wizard should run.

Hope this helps

It sounds like you may have a corrupted DLL. You have a couple of options. I have assumed in all my answers you have Windows XP

1) Use your recovery floppy and CD if you created one
2) Repair Windows XP - Simply place your bootable Windows XP CD in your CD-ROM and restart or start your PC. When it loads, press any key to continue. After it loads the required files, you'll be presented to repair Windows
3) Perform a system restore. You can do this by Selecting Start, followed by Accessories, followed by System tools, followed by System restore. You can restore it to the last date your PC was working.

I would suggest you try steps 1 or 3 before step 2
