i have 2 5lb wieghts, what are the best ways i can increase my pecs in a short amount of time
any tips are welcome, if you can help me add 2 inches to my chest in 2 weeks, you get best answer

push ups help. Also, in the push up position, with arms extended just stay in that position for a minute do a couple of those every once in a while (trust me it helps pecs and shoulders). With the weights, have one in each hand and do what my team calls 'fab four' which is four different motions with the weights. Straight armed, lift the weights in front of you (10x), then to side still straight armed (10x), then with your elbows at 90 degrees, swing the forearms out (10x), and also move (still at 90 degrees) at the shoulder upward (10x). that should increase your chest 2 inches in 2 weeks (no garuantee).

Put away those baby weights and do some push-ups! If ur a beginner, start out with 10-15 diamond push-ups. Rest (1 min). Then do 10-15 regular push-ups. Rest (1 min). Do 10-15 wide-armed pushups. Rest (2 mins). Finally, do as many regular push-ups as u can in 1 min (muscle failure). Repeat twice a day...no more bird chest!

Well, I am assuming that you are pretty young if you are worried about this. This means that you most likely have a fast metabolism during the teen and early twenties. Anyway, there is no possible way for you to add two inches to your "pecks" in only two weeks. Let me explain... you are burning up energy so fast that you will have to first run a great deal...this will increase your cardiovascular capability which will, in turn send oxygen to your muscles... you will have to stretch constantly; in order to keep ligaments and tendons soft and flexible in order for your muscles to grow. Most likely, in the first few months you will get cut or, "toned" if you are consistant. Finally, forget two weeks and two inches...you will only hurt youself.

Pushups with weight on your back.

I like straight arm inclined flys.

You will need a lot more than 5 lbs to add size to your chest.

Ther isn't anything you can do yourself in that short of time Lifting weights will increase your chest size over time, but not that soon. There are alot of "pills" out there that will claim they can increase it, but it's just a bunch of bull-and I don't recommend trying any of them because they are dangerous.

Bench press and push ups

Do a lot of bench pressing. I dont think it can happen that quickly, because if you did go on overdrive to attempt it, youre going to blow yourself out. dont forget the protien shakes.

Low reps with more weight...as much as you can handle..get a spotter you are going to need it

Take and estrogen booster and a testosterone suppresant. You'll be up to a "C" cup in no time buddy!
