i have 2 5lb wieghts, what are the best ways i can increase my pecs in a short amount of time
any tips are welcome, if you can help me add 2 inches to my chest in 2 weeks, you get best answer

First of all, you're never going to add 2 inches of muscle to your chest in 2 weeks. And weights seem like a neat start, but I think you're gunna need a lot more than 25lbs, that is if you use weights.

First of all, you're going to need to eat good, you'll need protein for your muscles to grow, carbohydrates for energy and some good fats, like omega 3's.

Diet is 80% of the game when it comes to building muscle. Eat right, eat big, and workout hard, and you should see some results. Chest dips, and flat bench are probably the way you'd want to go to increase the size of your chest. Let's just say in your funky dream you have a big chest. Thats a very broad question. Theres lots of different exercised that will affect different muscle groups in the chest. Probably the most widely known excersise is Bench Press. any sort of press will work though. Pushups are a biggy also. any sort of pull will affect your chest also

Exercise weights(increasing weights NOT repetitions) every other day(allows body to heal from injury(yes that's what you're doing to build muscles). Different muscle groups can be used/ utilized different days. If its sore/hurts you're using the same muscles. Without access to weights rely on pushups/ pullups(chinups)/ and isometric(stand in doorway- push to sides with outer part of hands(hands at sides to begin)) Cool/fun fact- after doing this exercise stand away from doorway and relax with hands at sides... they'll 'float' up!

We used to weights/push-ups etc one day and swim/run/cycle(aerobic) the other day.

Also increase protein intake(brewer's yeast, raw egg, meat, etc.) Drink water too! Beer if possible- just one or too NO drunks!

Two inches in two weeks is unrealistic BUT if being measured exercise arms/chest as close to measurement time as realistic(as you will shrink once fluids redistribute!)...

Yes it's true and I have small neck which always kept me borderline.. the extra 1/3 inch saved my butt! Buena suerte!

Swimming is the best exercise to increase ones chest size

Butterfly Press... Butterfly Swimming...

Get some one-hand dumb bells and lay on a bench or something like that, on your back.... and put your arms like your a bird or air-plan.. then raise your arms strait up so they're over your chest.. and then slowly bring them back out ....

flys hold the dumbells out to the sides, with straight arms, and lift them up, keep your arms strait and bring them together
push ups with far away hands put Ur hands about sh older with and a half and do allot...the farther the hands the more chest it works
