Short of winning an all expense paid trip, I don't think you have too many options.
Have you considered just a day trip? Perhaps there is a nice park or museum close to where you live. You can take the other 2 people (you don't mention if this is family or friends), and go to lunch and then the park or museum.
If this is for your family, you could go out for pizza or chinese, rent a few videos, go home and unplug the phone so you won't be disturbed. (don't forget to turn off cell phone if you have one.)
You will have a day to spend with your family (or friends). You can just enjoy each others' company.
You could also camp out in your back yard! OR...if you live in an apartment, "camp" out in the living room. You can move the furniture, sleep either in sleeping bags or just spread blankets down. Don't use the stove, get some ice and only eat food that you have kept in a cooler. You can get the change of pace that you would if you went camping. (sorry, no campfires, though)

I have a couple of ideas for you.
You could drive somewhere (like the beach, or mountains, depending on where you live) and spend one night in an inexpensive hotel, or camp site (if you have a tent). You could pack food, or stick to fast food dollar menus.
You could also try what a friend of mine used to do: get a job on a cruise ship and work your way to another destination, and get a job there and live for a few weeks or more... then work your way back home!
That one is a little riskier, and I'm not sure how the three of you would stick together... but there are possibilities.

My dear, you could not even take just yourself for that. How old are, that you think that this is possible?
If you want to get away, or take a little vacation, find a hotel in your city or nearby that has a pool in it and have a nite away from the house and enjoy the pool, some snacks and maybe pizza. There is just no way you could take 3 people anywhere via the air on that.

Forget flying somewhere, you can't afford it on $100. Go camping for a couple of days, pack your own food, look on your state's chamber of commerce website for free attractions.
