Pro
Bush is a better than average spokesperson for the RNC

Con his association with big oil creates suspicions.

Now as for Kerry History shows that he was not a first Tap for the Skull&Bones. But he did follow their tradition of Joining the Navy. His only good choice in life was to marry a wealthy widow.

With Bush there is no pro, it is all con, literally, he is pretending to be a leader and he is a very bad actor. With his low IQ and grasp of practical matters he has been the worst president this country has seen since Herbert Hover.
With John Kerry his pro's outweigh his cons. I do not think he is a very good campaigner. He allowed the swift boat fiasco to happen without any rebuttal. Here we had a decorated war veteran running against a draft dodger and Bush was allowed to make him look like a bad guy. His cons are that he is responsible and if he was allowed to take his rightful place as president that we would now only have a skeletal crew in Iraq, with more UN troops taking over to police the situation there. I do believe that he would have rescinded the awful tax cut for the very rich and we would be well on the way to balance the budget and pay down that awful debt.

John Kerry is a real war hero unlike Bush and Cheney who are both draft dodgers. That is not a insult it's just facts.
Kerry would not have taken the USA to war with fabricated lies and half truths. John Kerry knows war first hand. It is also fact that John Kerry won Ohio and Bush was appointed by the bias high court who ruled against States rights Bush was not elected.

Bush:

Pros: Was able to rally American public very charismatically on 9/11. Did effectively take out Saddam Hussein whether or not he had anyhting to do with 9/11.

Cons: Attacked Iraq for little to no reason. Failed to keep the surplus of government funds. Hippocritical about terrorist countries. (Attacks Iraq because of possible nukes but not N. Korea for definite nukes or Iran for hte same thing).

Depending on your views you could add his stance on gay marriage, his stance on terrorism, his stance on Iraq, etc...

As for John Kerry, I'm a liberal... But I can't think of a great thing he's done except run against Bush. Still think he'd make a better leader for hte country than Bush... but he's not that bright either.

No offense but that election has been over and it is irrelevant now. I prefer to stay focused on where we are now and where we are headed.

I will say this much. I noticed Kerry around 1991 in his debates on CSPAN. I noticed him because he was always very fair minded and incredibly brilliant. And I was not even a democrat back then. With that said, when he decided to run for president, I was excited and really feel he was never given a fair shake and manipulated by some really bad propaganda.

Pros for
Bush.......
Down to earth, probably a funny guy.

Cons...
-inability to admit a mistake and is willing to contiune making the same mistake than be seen as wrong.
-willing to let thousands suffer with disease instead of stem cell research, while hypocritically not closing down fertility clinics that create the problem of embroy production.
-has run up the deficit so that every new child born has a debt.
-see constitution, which he swore to uphold, as an obstacle or limit to his authority
-lacks intellectual curiosity, in other words has trouble in details, prefers world in black and white.
- Speaks to God, and god keeps giving him missinformation with regards to WMD intellgence, and god has been too focused on miiltary action
- Choses loyalty over competence....Donald Rumsfeld is the best evidence for this.

Pros for
kerry
-Served and will be less willing to send troops to die in order to avenge his father
-will not raise the defict to record levels.
- will most likely use diplomacy as a the first responce as to the last
- will focus on domestic issues like college grants, poverty and the environment
-will bring back the world to help us out.
- will not violate the constition to fight terrorist.
- will not blame clinton for his mistakes.

Cons
Can be a boring speaker.
