That 23 was just a movie after a cult novel series probing Atlantis, conspiracies, Discordianism, dolphins, drugs, and the mystical meaning of the number 23....
And 23 September to Jewish is Erev Rosh Hashana ( Celebrating the Jewish New Year ) .
