The old argument of Nature Vs Nurture.
Are we born evil/good and the environment we live in has no affect on us at all. (Nature)
Or are we born all the same and it is our life experiences which make us evil/good? (Nurture)
I personally believe its a bit of both. People have chemical imbalances, as well as mental and emotional problems from birth. However it does not mean that all of them will become evil people.

All people are born with evil and good in them, then they "choose" what to do. Everyone has bad thoughts sometimes, Revenge is a good example. However if you stop at that point of a bad thought or idea and say NO! turn away from all that is bad. You will find you never do anything bad. People who do evil have the thoughts and carry them out. You will notice there is no evil in other animals , some kill to eat but that is nature. Imagine a desert island with wild animals on it but no human beings, would there be good and evil there ? NO.

No, people aren't born evil. Well, some might be, but VERY few, and those who are tend to be the ones who torture insects when they're kids and then grow up to be serial killers. And some people are more prone to violence than others, and that is also a thing you're born with and can't really help. Terrorists, who are today probably labelled as "evil" most often, rarely are. It's normally a case of how they're brought up, or events in their life driving them into extremism, such as having their family blown up by Israeli airstrikes. Of course, from their point of view they're heros, and we're the evil, corrupt immoral ones who hate Islam and Allah and support evil Israel and occupy Iraq and so on so forth as the propoganda war rages.

Evil is all about perspectives, usually those of the people on the opposite side. As in most cases people who are branded as evil are just doing what they think is good. The most common case of this is where people believe they have a duty to do something others may consider evil, such as killing off people of another religious group, thinking the whole time they are doing good.
However there are a small group who do evil acts because they know them to be evil.
But nobody is born evil, your attitude changes as you grow up as to what is right and wrong, and in some cases your views can be drastically different from someone elses.

no i think that they are not raised or born 'evil'.people become evil because of what's around them or the might be going through a time that they dont even care who they might end up hurting.so people could describe you in many ways some might even say that you was born 'evil' but its just the matter of time.just like the wind.

its all a matter of what you believe in if you believe in good and evil then you should know that all men are born good and then become products of their environment until an age of responsibility and then it is a matter of choice me personally i think we are born to live and we are born good hearted even the most evil of men or woman at some part in their life were capable of compassion and evil cant live in a compassionate state so i say no people are not born evil but their will be those bible thumpers who will tell you son of satan is coming but wait till he shows us his face before you put any trust in that ok.

Without a doubt yes some people are bad to the bone from day 1.
Most evil people are a product of there upbringing, The kids I went to school with and were trouble makers and thieves have grown up kids of there own and they are all worse, they know their rights and that they can get away with nearly anything, besides a trip to prison is like going to a hotel and looks good on your street cred CV.
An ASBO is like a medal of honour, carrying knives is common place and guns are everywhere.

It depends on the culture they were born into. If they were born into a culture of evil and have no chance of being taught anything else, then yes they can be born evil, but I do not think it is inherent.

I have a sister in law who is evil, she was treated no different to her other four sisters who are normal. She tells lies, steals, and deliberately tries to bring you down. As an example she would "accidently" on purpose spill coffee on your new cream carpet, and then try to clean it by using a white towel from the bathroom.
If she was in your house, and you went to the shops for a purchase, she would phone her son in Australia from YOUR phone. Hitler.Sadam Hussain ,etc are born evil
