Rogaine applied to the eyelashes works well, so do zinc supplements, they increase hair growth. You can also try rubbing a bit of vaseline on them, it will make them dark and glossy without any damage or being as harsh as mascara.

Apply a little vaseline in an upward sweeping motion over the lashes every night before bed. This will condition them and they will appear longer. Don't glob it on. Just a little will do.

you can eat a healthy diet with lots of protein in it . Becuz protein promotes hair growth so i think its goes for eyelashes as well.
there are also some vitamins you can take like hair and nails vit.
but whats wrong with mascara?
good luck anyway! :-)

I would try using mascara but you are kinda young for makeup right now so maybe try some fake eyelashes that are kinda thin but still visable. I have to wear them for compitions for my dance and if you get them to match your eye and how long, and full you want them, they will look really good.
The only bad thing about them is that they are kinda itchy and uncomfterble but I mean after a while you get used to them. You will just have to experiment.

No way that I know of. However, mascara can do a lot. And if you use waterproof it's pretty low maintenance.

I doubt it. Fake eyelasher or mascara are pretty much the only ways to go. Try lining your upper eyelash roots with black. They'll look thicker..... NO LIQUID EYELINER!
