Arson is the crime of setting a fire with intent to cause damage. The criminal damage of property in English law has been consolidated into a single offence in the Criminal Damage Act 1971 although the use of the word has been retained.

No, arson is not categorized as a sex crime. But convicted arsonists are required to register in the same manner as convicted sex offenders (i.e. annual booking at the local police station, notify authorities if moving to a new area, etc.)

Arson is a crime against property (the building being burned). Sex crimes are generally crimes against people.

Arson is a crime where a person purposely lights something on fire such as a building, big or small, it doesn't matter, nowhere does it state that this is a sex crime.

No. It is not a sex crime. Although...Arson can be done for profit.... and it is catogorized in the sexual triad...with animal abuse and bedwetting. Arsonists who enjoy setting fires usually experience all these during their formative years.

No, it isn't a sex crime, but I've heard policemen and firemen say that sometimes arsonists will watch the fire and wet themselves. I have no idea why this would be some sort of fetish they get off on or what.
