Honestly, I wouldn't trust any diet pills on the market these days. They make your weight go down, but only because they drain all of the fluids from your body . . making you dehydrated.

What I would recommend if you are really committed to losing weight . . is Weight Watchers. It teaches you how to change your lifestyle as far as what you eat. While I was still on it, I had lost 20 pounds. So I am proof that it really does work.

If you don't want to go that route, I would say eat healthier (eat more vegetables and fruits, less fatty foods), drink LOTS of water, stop drinking sodas unless you drink diet sodas, and start exercising (at least 15 mins of activity each day).

To lose weight, you have to change your lifestyle. And COMMIT to it!!

I agree with B. I've tried lots of stuff, and sure, I lost some weight, but I always gained it back. By exercising and eating right I have an amazingly capable body and the confidence and self love I never got from any pill. Hey, it may be corny, but it's true.
