That is why parents should be around when children are on the computer. The internet in general is a bad place for childeren to be without supervision.
Yahoo answers is a good place to find answers and opinions of people all over hte world.

I hear you there. I have seen alot of inappropriate stuff on here. People need to remember, many times there are teens or even younger in here. Yahoo really should make an adult section for questions like these. That way those that want to discuss such topics can congregate in one area and not be spread all through Y!A (then maybe these people can stop complaining about being reported everytime they initiate a question!). If Y!A did this, though they'd need to come up with a way to monitor the ages of whom is in that area.

who cares? and How do you know the ages of these people?and why are you collecting this stuff anyway? let these kids have fun...so long as they were raised by responsible parents and they know not to to take anything off the Internet serious like some people do, they should be fine. Its you that worries me.

i might have enjoyed wikipedia and google plenty greater. inspite of what Yahoo! might prefer to think of, Y! solutions is greater approximately socializing than offering precise solutions to questions. i might estimate that 80% of the stuff written right here is idiotic nonsense, or in basic terms incorrect. (ninety 9% in R&S)

My kids are grown (thank goodness) but you are definitely right. Unfortunately, we can't stop that crap. Kids learn all kinds of things from the internet ---NOT JUST HERE EITHER.
