I've been with a Pisces (born Feb 21st) who's still my best bestfriend. I have Pisces rising sign, too. Pisces men are sensitive, moving, sweet and affectionate. They have natural charm and likes hot but at the same time sweet women. They have lots of friends because they're very outgoing and likes having fun but they can't stand people with a mean attitude.
