Try using plastic wrap so you can sweat in that area.
Their are some gels you put on their that will make it hotter for sweating purposes.
Run with the plastic wrap on.
Do not eat after 7:30 trust me it makes a big difference. and absolutly no beer!

You may be doing situps wrong. Make sure you pull in with your abs when you do situps. Also, do side situps to excercise your obliques. REMEMBER! Pull in and tighten, do not push out!

sometimes when you are skinny and you eat, your stomach starts bulging. i am not sure why but i guess its just like that.

here's my advice, stop obsessing over your faults and start loving yourself instead. i used to be liked that, i was skinny(124 lbs. & 5ft 9) and i would constantly obsess over tiney tummy(& the fact that i actually had one), untill i noticed. that no one notices it , but you. now think about that. doing sit-ups for health is one thing, doing them because your unhappy is another.
