Yes, we can all suffer from being over tired. It normally follows a period of inertia. The summer holidays for instance can be too long for some with very little to do. Travelling from a to b, or travelling and touring on holiday can be tiring as you have nothing to keep you active.
In the above circumstances you may find it easy to sleep to pass the time, if not and you struggle with it later on in the same day you could become very tired. Sleeping in a strange bed is not always easy, so again during the day you could become tired. In all these circumstances you are in fact encouraging being over tired.
People who suffer from night time insomnia who can't sleep because of worries etc may find it easier to sleep during the day. There is a danger in this accustomising yourself to a different bodily routine as it messes up your body clock and when other people are switched on to activity you are switched off and not able to give day time activities your best.
Before bed sit in a comfortable chair with a glass of water, dwell on the water in silence. Visit the bathroom. Go to bed. Make sure your bed is cool not humid and hot, set your pillows to a height you feel comfortable with. Open the window slightly and leave it open throughout the night. Place a bowl of water near any heaters. Lie down and start to breathe deliberately slower than normal, sleep.
You should sleep for a good 7 or 8 hours and no more.

I so hope there is cause it happens to me on a regular basis and if it doesn't exist then I am one worried person, I think we just get to the point of no return sometimes with our tiredness and no matter what you do you just can't sleep.

Auto parts stores sell 12-volt emergency air pumps that plug into the cigarette lighter. You can inflate the tires with them. A cheaper alternative would be to take the car to a tire shop and have them check where the tire might be leaking from. You may have picked up a small screw or nail or you might have a leaking valve stem.

Maybe you've realised that there are some dynamic people on here now, waiting to bestow pearls of wisdom. Sorry I'm not one of them.

I can relate. That happens to me, but I can't go to bed that early because when I do it, I wake up in the middle of the morning.
