If you saw your boss or supervisor do something wrong, either against the law or company regulation or procedures, then would you report him or her (to a higher authority), even if it risks losing your job over it?

It depends on what I thought of my boss. If I felt it would do any good, I would first approach him/her and let them know what I know. This would give them a chance to change. If I didn't think it would do any good, I would report them

Most every company has a way to report things like this and remain anonymous. A toll free security hot line or something of the sort. Yes, report it as the companies reputation and profits are at stake. No profits - no job for you.

It would depend on how bad the thing they did was, if someone was in danger or it could harm someone I would although losing my job could be really bad, but if it was something more minor i would try 2 forget about it because my job would be more important. So, depending on what ur boss did choose what u need 2 do...

Yes I would report her. Integrity is a must or else you'll have situations like Enron popping up all over the place. If I do get fired my lawyer will be getting a call from me.

Yes because me reporting something like that could not cost me my job. Not unless the company wanted a lawsuit.

Of course most bosses and or superviosr are kiss azz and would snitch you down if you tried to out shine them.

So I would snitch down my boss in a second, but first I would try some good blackmail.

If it really bothers you, report it to HR. There's generally no protection for whistleblowers who do not follow all of the internal guidelines for reporting misconduct by another, so be careful to handle it by the book.

yes i would feel bad if I didn't tell someone. You better believe that if your boss or supervisor saw you doing something wrong they would fire you or tell someone else.

Do what is right...no matter the consequences. The problem with society today is that no one is willing to stand for justice. Our country and freedom was created by sacrifice.
