Unbelievable, isn't it? It is against the law to kill pests if some people think they are cute, but if they are nasty pests, poison the heck out of them! What ever happened to government that existed solely to protect our liberty? It has been replaced by do-gooders who tell us what we can do on our own property... In a free country, you'd just shoot a few of the swallows, and the rest would get the hint and fly away.

The "owl" answer might do it though, give it a try! :-) Or borrow a few cats! If they kill the swallows, I doubt the tree-huggers would make them go to jail! ;-)

A CAT OR TWO WILL DO GREAT. BORROW A COUPLE IS BEST. CATS ARE AS DIRTY AS BIRDS. THE SWALLOWS MUST BE THERE TO EAT SOMETHING. WHY WOULD THEY PICK YOUR YARD? REMOVE THE FOOD?
