the american minds need a reminder to let us know what we are currently fighting for. sure, some of us remember vividly, but many ppl just do not realize that this war, and this memorial of a movie, are all respecting those who died, to support and live on the souls who died.

yes, i saw the movie. yes, i saw the horror. but i saw the hope, the dreams, the challenges we overcame. we are reminded that our country could've collapsed. the country could've been no more. but we overcame that. i know why we are fighting right now. we are fighting for those 2,729 people who died in that rubble. we cannot tolerate anything against our country.

i support the movie. it gives us what we would have lost on our own.

I don't think a movie of 9/11 will ever be good enough. There are so many horrors for so many people. To focus on just a few of these people just isn't right.

There are too many hero's to give credit to.

How many people are still dealing with Post Traumatic Stress or Survivors Guilt?

The movie of Flight 93 was hard to watch.

I was watching Good Morning America that day, and the first plane hit shortly before the shows end. I remember the confusion that every one was dealing with, and then I saw the second plane crash into the other tower. I knew, we knew, but didn't want to believe it, couldn't absorb the hideousness of it.

In my mind a movie will only trivialize it all.

Sometimes the only way to deal with such a tragic event in our life, is by "staying with the pain". I think, everyone has the right to grieve in their own time frame. There is not a right, there is not a wrong. I believe I am ready and actually want to see "World Trade Center". I, as so many of us, lost a loved one, indirectly to the problem on 9-11. But as for myself, I feel ready to go forward, and let the past become history. So, for the ones who are ready, we should not feel any guilt, any more so than the ones that are not ready to move on. Its a personnel decision.

It's not too soon, it has been 5 years, and we should expect them to be making movies about it by now. America needs to get out of their denial stage and start taking more action so that it doesn't happen again. And if it takes a film for that to happen, let's go for it. I'm not going to see the movie, I still see what happened in my mind on that day. It's terrible, but sometimes people just need to face the facts of life.

no? It's about the 2 heroes supposedly. It sounds good so give it a chance. It's been 5 years. No offence. I am sorry it was so awful for you. I agree w them. Some kids don't even know what happened. I'm nowhere near new york and no family that I know of luckily. But it shocked me. I don't know if I will. Not in theatres prolly. There's like 2 more beside this one, and all the history ones.

hard to say really. I'm mean one hand it has been over 5 years since it happened. simply shunning yourself away from it will do no good except keep the anger and hatred bottled up. eventually there must be closure to an event as tragic as this one. Not saying a movie is the right way but something has to happen to make those who endured the event, come to terms with it. otherwise it will haunt them forever. people MUST come to terms with it and address their fears, memories etc about this.

i'd say yes and no, 9/11 needs to be remembered, as much as forgotten, i feel it's too edgy to see it agian so soon, it's a delicate subject to reach out to the public and anyone who was there or had a family member die from it must be very angered by this move. bottom line, it's too soon, but wait some ten years and people might not care for the moivie.

I will not be going to see that or any related movie that comes out. Those images are still vividly embedded in my mind and I don't need to see them again.

I remember that day too well to see a movie about it. I love Oliver Stone but won't see this movie, it's way too soon. I'm almost ashamed to say he made a movie about this. Why would people want to see it?
