It would probably be helpful to know who your DSL provider is.
I've had Verizon DSL for the past two years and they have not
increased rates above the promotional rate I received...YET.

well I was living in this house with all these chinese people and after 3 months they would just cancel the cable tv and then another person there would order it again since new customers qualified for the special promo. Maybe you can do that with your DSL service.

If AT&T is your carrier...they dont care about you since the switch over. So, try going to cable after wards! Keep switching off, they will vie for you!

call and cancel, usually they will sweeten the deal to keep you on. or you can just outright cancel and then sign up again.

look around for a competitor and see what they are offering.
