No it wont. I know because thats all ive ben craving since i got pregnant.
king crab legs are much safer than snow crab legs, you can have around 6 servings a month of the king, and about 4 of the snow.
You dont want to gorge yourself on a few servings, or else you will end up eating too much all in one go, but one meal a week or so will not hurt you or baby.
you should completely throw out of your diet shark, sword fish, canned tuna, and fish you catch in local waters.
I'd opt for the king crab legs instead of the snow, although i have had the snow and we both lived to tell the story :)

Check the below link. Fish is touch and go while pregnant (to include other seafood as well). Some you can't eat, some you have to eat in portions. This will help you. I carry a list like what this site has, so I know what fish I can order and how much I can have a week. I love tuna, so cutting back on that was a damper. Special note, however, is NO RAW fish. If you love sushi - better make it veggie until babe is born!
Best wishes and enjoy your dinner! Yummy!

Nope it is totally fine, I loved all types of seafood, especially crabs and shrimp when I was pregnant and still do.
The only way you would not be able to eat any type of sea food is if you had pre clampsia in which your doctor would tell you to avoid certain things as much as possible which includes salt which Sea Food is covered with so you will not be able to eat sea food if diagnosed with that.

It's only certain fish, and I'm pretty sure crab legs isn't one of them. I ate them when I was pregnant, and everything was fine.

Splurging is ok. I have a child with autism and I ate shrimp about 6 times through my pregnancy. Autism is terrifying. 1:166 children! The biggest threat to your unborn child is your amalgams and then, of course, if you choose to vaccinate. That would be the question I would be mulling over if I were you. You can always vaccinate when they are a bit older.
Also during your pregnancy just try to eat healthier as it seems you are. Don't eat or drink out of cans and try to eat fresh and organic if possible. Cut back on all those nasty preservatives, additives, and pesticides.
Best of luck to you and congratulations on your pregnancy. It's very smart of you to be consciencious (I'm NOT gonna spell check:)), especially since autism is a real danger for anyone.

I don't see why you can't. Avoid apex predator fish, though--swordfish, shark, albacore tuna, tilefish... Check with your dr to be sure though. Mine said ok, and my cousin's said no way.
