Hardly any money with a real love. We'll manage to find something along the lines. Money can't buy love anyways.

Easy, peasy-real love but hardly any money and here's why:

My exhusband is an Engineer..koodles and koodles of money. We were high school sweethearts and had EVERYTHING: new house, new tahoe, custom built chevrolet, all the amenities for a new house (surround sound, etc, etc.), 4 wheelers, ski doos, boat, timeshare., brand name clothes, expensive jewelry, expensive trips. you name it, I had it.

When I found out he was cheating on me, he begged me to stay for the sake of saving face to his parents. On one condition: we could both do whatever/whoever we wanted. (I never told them why I left-I probably should have.) I walked away from everything and didn't take anything with me but some heirloom-type things and my clothes. He married the girl I caught him cheating with. Found out several months later-all his (our)friends knew about all the girls he'd slept around on me with. I was such a fool.

Now-I have a real family. Good man who's a great dad. We have one new Explorer, an Intrepid that's paid for and we don't own a home yet but we have our kids and each other. They have everything they could dream of and that's what makes us the happiest. We've got worries about money like most people but it's not a problem in our relationship.

It's not about the money-although it was hard to leave it all-I've got something more valuable than money will ever be:my kids.

Well, it would be pretty easy to choose given I'm not in either situation, but...
love without the money.
I guess I'd rather feel loved and love someone truly than feel alone - with no true love to share my luxuries with.

And what's that saying?
"Love conquers all"?

Real love, of course! I hate to use cliches, but money CANNOT buy happiness.
