Either with the CD's or without it...

W/ CD (kind of annoying way but most common) - Insert your CD when you are shutting down your computer and re-start it up again. It will read the CD and run the program. Then follow the on screen instructions.

W/O CD ( easy) - if you dont have cds then try tapping the F10 key when you click the power on button on your computer.

turn on the unit, insert the system restore (operating system disk) into the cd bay; close the door; if autoruns; will ask you to re-install windows; if no autorun, turn off unit (leave disk in), turn on unit, this will run the disk from bios (kinda autorun) and off ya go with a clean install.

do you mean with the restore Cd's? if you have them it will be very easy. just turn your PC on and have the first disk ready and it will tell you what to do from there:)
