Firstly, a bit of an immature and frankly nauseating question.
Secondly it doesn't taste salty at all. Whatever she should have washed off first (and was too inconsiderate and unhygenic to) is what tastes salty (be it sweat, urine, semen, etc). Time to show her where the shower is kept....
So either :
1 - you never have, and are guessing
2 - you have, but only with one woman, and she was a bit mingy
3 - you have had loads, but only ever attract dirty unwashed women.
My moneys on the first two options.

Hmmm... can't say I've ever known it to be salty, but it could be salty if your good lady has only just been for a pee!

You will probably find it is the salt excreated by normal sweat after all it is a verry warm place. just enjoy it.
