I'm sorry to hear about your dilema, I struggled with the same thing. I would go through periods of break outs. I found that it would happen in times of stress and during my menstrual cycle when my hormones were out of whack. What I did notice is that using too many products at once and very quickly that are harsh makes it worse and or provides no results. What worked for me was finding a facial wash that was mild yet medicated. I love Clean and Clear's Oil Free cleanser because it works on my breakouts but is not loaded with salicylic acid or benzoyle peroxide that makes my sensitive skin go nuts. I then used it twice a day (especially before going to bed because thats when your skin heals itself the most, when you're asleep) I would stick with a regime, don't get frustrated because something wasn't a miracle cream or cleasner and didn't work the moment you tried it. Give your face time to heal.

Try some witch hazel. And stop stressing about it. The less you think about a zit the quicker it will go away. I'm sure you'll be fine at school. I'm sure you're not the only one who has a pimple. If you are that worried about it just apply a little concealer to cover it up. Ask your mom or sister for some makeup if you don't already use it.

I'm nottrying to sound like that infommercial but you should try ProActiv. It, really works like you I've tried everything even dermatologist stuff. But, I was watching t.v. when I saw the infommercial. I thought and thought and thought then finally I bought it. I'm glad I did too because when I'd get my picure taken or just talk to someone I was self-consious & felt like they were staring at my pimples. But within about 2-2/12 weeks I was elated to see a pimple-free fce when I looked in the mirror. That was the best $45.95 I've ever spent.

Always cleanse morning and night. For fast action, use a white toothpaste containing flouride. It will help dry out the pimple within 1-2 days. This is for extreme, need help now situations.

burts bees is great!! i use it all the time. they have a blemish stick and it is all natural and works perfectly. oh and i know that everyone says to wash your face alot, but that could dry out your skin and cause even more pimples. put on a gentle moisturizer before bed as well.

A lot of people that have acne are allergic to milk products and don't know it. Try going without the chocolate, ice cream, and milk and see if it helps.
