If not why does fergie have her own song??I think the rest of the BEL group was in her music video,did they break up or what?

I don't think they officially broke up. Fergie has gone solo. She, like Gwen Stefani, wanted to break out for a bit and try it on her own.

they didnt. they just made a new music video last july and it came out on aug 4...it doesnt seem as its going to be released worldwide cause the song aint english (bebot).
fergie said "black eyed peas is for life" ...after her release of london bridge. She also performed that song on a black eyed peas concert.

I believe they are just doing a Destiny Child Act; each of them are probably working on solos' and then later next year or so they'll make a album that includes the whole group.
