It is not a puzzle to science & nature..
We don't know if basic life was seeded onto earth by comets or
asteroids or if it originated as simple single celled animals on earth.
We evolved from there..
Death is simpler..
You just die...
Back to the dirt...
It is also not a puzzle to religion..
Poof....We were here..
Poof...Back to our creator...

The essence of birth is to live.
The essence of dieing is to die. That is my feeling.

In other words, the essence must be relative to the person being born or passing away.

Some see death as a new birth, others see it as the end.

Some mourn the birth of unwanted children, most welcome newborns.

I guess it's what we make of it individually.

The essence of birth is life. And I know where I am coming from! I came with a heart and soul. When I am leaving...I am taking with me the essence of my life.....Love, pain, memories ... a hole liftime. After that, it't a surprise!

I believe that when we as spirits came into consciousness we started out in a group of family spirits and we all take turns being male, females, children , uncles , aunties and bothers and sisters. And we go around living and dieing and we always return to our family of spirits form which we came. it all started with in the Creator.

We think, therefore we are.

When we die, the brain dies, and we stop thinking. Therefore, we are no longer.

Death is not painful, though dying may be. It is no more painful than it was before you were born.
