Not the generic horoscopes that you see in the newspapers or in astrology magazines. However a natal chart which considers the place you were born as well as the date and time can tend to give a "general overview" as to your persona. I've ran my own chart and while I don't agree with half of it, the other half does seem to hold true. The software I have used (and has been the most accurate with regards to the pinwheel chart and the angle values) is written by Christopher Noyes. Link below.
The software lets you run charts specific to your current location and current date... which is a custom "daily chart" and gives a reading of what it all means.

No. People have just stick random traits to zodiac sings and make up horoscopes from there. For example it might say that Leos are controlling and the horoscope will be something like "don't be controlling of ppl won't like you anymore." Horoscopes are just something people make up to explain their good or bad luck. Although they are fun to read I have noticed that 99.9% of the time they don't come true.

Not that I believe it but there are times that what it says really fits my day or events that are happening in my life. So I guess for the most part I believe in reading the stars to a point but there is also parts of me that just read them for entertainment

No the daily horoscope based on just my sun sign. But when I had a whole astrological reading done, it was really dead on.

If you want to read your horoscope, read it the day after. Too many people read that they will have a bad day and it makes them have a bad day.

actually yeah, sometimes i do. The past few days for example, have been right on the money. Although, alot of the time it's completely off. My is guess is that it's just coincidence that sometimes its not completely wrong.
