Yes, all the time!
I used to bet on my team, but almost always would jinx them. So I either stopped betting on them, or bet against them. Then they would usually win. And if not, at least I got a consolation prize.

Of course I would if another team had a better shot at winning. Who would knowingly bet on a losing proposition? Loving and supporting a favorite team is a whole different thing from betting on who the top dawg is.

Yes of course, I would bet against the MN Vikings my home team because I am a die hard Packer fan!

If the football team won all the time then maybe but if they are a very sucky football team then no, i wouldn't want to lose any money.

I have not been able to pull the trigger and do it yet. I probably should because I follow my teams closer then others and kind of have a feeling when they are going to step up or lose. I will lay off if I think they are going to lose unless I am going. I like the Jets so I lay off quite a bit.
