You are describing what is know as a cluster headache. They usually happen behind the eye, and can cause the eye to water. They often come a few hours after each other, thus the term cluster headache. Being hungry or stressed are often triggers for this type of headache. Being angry or emotional may also be triggers for you. Try some tylenol or advil when you are getting these. If this does not help, you may concider talking to your doctor.

sounds like a migraine to me. migraine headaches are usually limited to one side of the face or the other and can happen during stressful times, when youre tired, when youre upset or angry, also when hungover. migraines can be helped by a couple of things: reducing stimulation (go to a quiet place with low lighting and not alot of people around) and by going to your doctor and trying migraine medications, such as relpax, fioricet, or imitrex. these medications, especially imitrex and relpax, will make you a bit drowsy, but when you first feel these headaches you take them and they help the headache to disappear over the course of an hour. they do work!

That is called migrane...and it happens when people feel stressed out...have any problem or feel pression for any circumstance at all....
it could be lack of vision too...
i suggest you to have an eye checked probably you're loosing vision very slowly without noticing....
my last advice..take things slowly and easy...life is only one and very short, nobody and nothing in this world deserves that you get a constant headache for nothing
good luck.

I would advise to seek doctors' opinion on this matter. It may be nothing, just stress, but it's good to get an expert's opinion.

Why not go to a Chiropractor and have it checked out, there may be a bone that's out of place.
