There's no reason why it is impossible. So I'm going to go with a 'yes' on this one. And there are some very good reasons to think that it's not only possible, but likely:

For one, the population situation is not as bleak as it may seem. All developed nations show rapidly reducing (or negative in the case of Japan!) population growth. And the number of developing nations is not getting smaller by any stretch of the imagination! If the future world-wide culture is anything like the one we have now, the problem will be having TOO FEW babies, not too many!

For another, a lot of the cutting edge technologies seem to offer a lot of promise in this area, particularly as far as genetically modified foods are concerned. We are rapidly gaining the ability to grow many more foods that are ever more healthy in many more areas with far less support. Not to mention growth in using the oceans better for food production - with deep-sea fish farms and ocean-grown aquaculture it seems very plasuible that 3/4 of the planet (the oceans) could be made to feed the remaining 1/4, no matter how crowded it gets!

And there's always the 'x factor' that comes with the future - it would have been almost impossible for someone a hundred years ago to guess the many manifestations of technology and society that have come out since then. I suspect that there will be just as many things to arise in the next hundred years. Maybe all countries and borders will be abolished. Maybe humans will become solar powered. Maybe trees will be able to grow steaks. Sure, those all SOUND farfecthed, but then how farfetched would a hand-held, voice-activated computer with instantaneous access to devices and information from all around the world have sounded a hundred years ago?

We already know how to stop world hunger. The problem is that people are so self centered and don't want to sacrifice what they have to make everyone equal. I believe it's what some call "survival of the fittest" or something like that. There are too many people in the world thinking of themselves than of what they can do for others. It's sad, but I guess you have to accept it for now as human nature. It's up to you to try and do something about it. You may not be able to stop world hunger, but you can make a difference.
God Bless.

NO, NEVER
we can make hunger little bit satisfied but this problems will never be solved. People are increasing day by day and nuclear boms are being made rather than using that money for the hungers. another reason is......though hunger is realated to money and property but it doesnt give meaning in full phrase.
hunger could be solved by eating and eating substances could be brough from the land. But now you see, lands are going in vain......by the flood..and unregular raining......etc these are main problems the problmes. and this problme is coming from human being,,,,,people are destrying the jungle, the trees, so winter time is seemed to be summer. yes
considering all these reasons there cound not be solved this problmes.
anyway we can give something what we have to delate some hunger appitite.

Yep, On world War III everybody will be dead.
Of course, one could argue that cockroaches and rats may experience hunger, but somehow, I´m sure that by your question you meant exclusively the human species.

There is a way... just nobody is willing to do it

Amount needed each year to provide basic health and nutrition needs universally in the developing world $13 billion

Amount spent annually on perfumes in Europe and the U.S. $12 billion

We have the resources to do it but nobody is willing to give up their lifestyle!!! Would you???

certain it is accessible to offer up international starvation yet most unlikely that is going to likely be finished. you may strengthen billions of bucks to purchase nutrition yet at the same time as that is all stated and finished that is the authorities's of diverse international places that is the problem. I bear in mind years in the past a Asian usa needed nutrition and medicines desperately and thanks to red tape and authorities rules a tremendous variety of the nutrition sat on ships and rotted.and then in international places like the Sudan warring factions received't enable the nutrition into the persons and then you've the Governments that take the nutrition and then promote it....
