well, a car slammed into me. i was at a red light. i had major whiplash, and actually the right side of my neck, shoulder and back muscles were extremely tense. so much that my head hurt, and the pain was intense in certain areas.
i am still waiting to settle, because i had to go to the chiropractor for 3 months. then i tried to exercise recently and my head started hurting Again..and my neck muscles were too tense, it hurt. so i had to keep the case open.
chiro bills were $3800. they were trying to settle for $5000. NO WAY. so i counter offered for $9k. they offered $7k...which i was going to take, until i exercised and my head hurt again. so now i am not sure what to do....

in many instances a not at fault twist of destiny would not influence your coverage top classification regardless of if it relies upon on ones previous driving history. If somebody has had particularly some previous not at fault injuries the coverage firms assume that guy or woman is a probability and it rather is in basic terms a remember of time till an at fault twist of destiny and that they are going to develop the top classification even theory not one of the injuries have been at fault.

It took 4 whole years, but yes I eventually won my case ($28,000 for my back injury)...Just be patient and keep in mind that the whole process is VERY SLOW. Remember one thing if you ever get into any type of auto accident:
GET WITNESSES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Have them write down a statement of what they saw, along with their name, address, and phone number. These witness statements are SO CRITICAL in determining whether or not you are [adequately] compensated for your personal injury (especially if you have limited tort).
