I owned an Asus A8V Deluxe which did the same thing with out any overclocking enabled. It would sometimes do this while rebooting or if I power cycled it with out waiting long enough. Reboot it and ignore it. You can turn the voice off if it really annoys you.

During start up press the del key and get into the bios settings. in chipset features, use the optimal settings. in the main menu, use Load fail-safe defaults and give that a try. Be sure to save and exit.
