Hello,
It could be related to stress. Try calming down, take a very deep breath and just cool it. try some herbal bath with natural body cream.
If that doesn't work, your next option is the doctor, he'll give you some cream you rub on your body for a while

Put something frozen on it so you do not scratch it anymore.
If it continues red you may need to see the doctor you never know.
Looking up creams is a good idea as well...

well if you have asthma is cool be a skin thing called exema. not sure if that is how its spelled. but my friend has it and her symptoms are like yours. she has a cream prescribed by a doctor

maybe its allergy's or some plants have you recently went hiking?if you stepped in some posion ivy that could have happened. You might also have bed bugs in your house.
