Jude, the name Ezra makes me think of that band Better Than Ezra and well that is why I don't like it. But Jude is really cute, good luck.

I love the name Jude. However, Ezra is probably less used, so if you are going for the uniqueness factor, Ezra would be great.

Ezra sounds better, like some woman from a fantasy novel or movie. Reminds me of the name Lina for some reason, consider that!
