I presume that you mean geography. That is a tough one for me. I really do like history as it is nice to understand the world by learning from where our present came. Also, the stories that arise from history can be very interesting to re-tell and derive meaning from.

On the other hand, I have an affinity for maps. I believe that I have an excellent two-dimensional memory, so maps play right into that. I also love to travel and keep track of all the places that I go. (I even can list in order when I first visited a U.S. state, and I've been to all save Alaska.) Thus, geography has a strong case.

I'm going to take the weasel way out and say that they are both equally fab. :-)

The geog of today is history tomorrow.
So for me they are equivalent.

History. Because it shows us where we came from and how we got here. It shows us where all of our superstitions come from and our social structure.

yeh right now im in yr 8 and geographys way more interesting and you actually learn things

history more interesting. geology is about rocks. lots and lots of rocks. and how rocks move, what rocks are made of, where rocks are, how far down rocks are etc etc etc.
