I used to work for the local newspaper and we had a woman ring up totally going off on one about her advert been wrong, she would not let me get a word in at all, when I eventually did calm her down and explain it was impossible for her advert to have been in our paper as the paper she was talking about was in a town 8 miles from us, her name Mrs Plank, true honestly, still think I should have hit her with one.
