It says "holding passport country HOA KY" What does this mean i live in the united states. Thanks for the help :-)

"hoa ky " or "my" means united states of america..."toi o hoa ky" i live in america... "toi la nguoi my"... i am an american...and it is on my visa also...

It means they are holding your passport from the United States.. I do not understand though why whey would be holding your passport.. HOA KY is another way of saying the United States

"Hoa Kỳ" is the short name of the United States, literally means "floral flag", referring to the flag of America. The full name of the United States of America in Vietnamese is written as "Hiệp Chủng Quốc Hoa Kỳ" (country of racially united under the floral flag).

That just meant You're holding a US passport. What type of VISA did you apply for??? I'm a travel agent and I haven't see that on any of the VN visa.
