If I had to pick I'd say 3 but my choice would be 2. He doesn't have enough power for 3,4 or 5 place.

Either spot, Abreu is a good contact hitter. He's a see the ball, hit the ball, hitter. hits the ball were its pitched. Thats the job of a good #3 or 5 hitter

No. Abreu simply doesnt have the power he used to. He should be the two hitter and Jeter should hit 3rd. I dont remember where but somewhere it said that Jeter has better numbers hitting 3rd.

Of your choices, Abreu should hit 3rd and get onbase in front of arod and giambi.

He should hit second. Jeter should lead off and Damon should bat ninth.
