trying to connect a wirless card to a laptop of a family member that i believe stole it from my mail and not only activated it but used it almost a year. i paid over a 1000.00 dollars in fees. I need proof of the activity from earthlink, what specific should i ask for? an isp address would that prove the use from her computer?

You can tracert that ISP and get information from where she is at and that can narrow down the odds, but actually commiting fraud and using your card would have to be reported so that wont' have to pay the charges and your card will be waived of all charges. If you don;t report it, then your ging to be asked why you didn;t and you can be held liable for the charges.

I know this website, but unfortunately u need a IP address, it tells u were the person lives and their ISP, but to get the best at the longitude and all that u need to pay over $500. It comes with a demon of 20 look-ups per day.

There are lots of things that Earthlink can check to track the usage. But due to privacy laws and such they may require you file a complaint with the police that requests such information be provided in order to divulge such information.
