You have to be very careful doing that. All a person needs is the card # and expiry date to make a purchase on-line or over the phone. You could have unknown purchases and not know it until the bill comes in. I would suggest if you must have someone else pick up parcels for you, just give them cash. Your card #'s should only be used by you.

I don't think the credit card providers would be happy with it. If your card was used fraudulantly, you would have to explain a few things to the them and they may make things difficult for you. For instance, they would ask you if you were certain that these friends were trustworthy and would seize the oportunity to avoid covering these losses.

You sure better watch out with this one,I know you heart is in the right spot,but.If you get messed up with any credit company it will take years to get it straight,and maybe not even then..

Not very smart, especially with friends, unless you trust them 1000000% because that's money you're dealing with and possibly your credit score.

as far as I know that is illegal. they'd have to sign the reciepts right? so they'd be forging your name.
