it depends on what kinda doctor...dermatologists and orthopedic surgeons make a LOT 300,000 a year i think for orthopedics maybe more

You don't "get" money, you work for it. Physician is a very difficult job and surgeon even more so. Even then you have to pay large amounts of you money to malpractice insurance and many practices close or fail. You can ussually squeek out 80k or more yearly. 300k I suppose if you stayed busy and did surgery would be reasonable. It will quickly pay for the 100k college debt and hopefully let your off time be as stress free as possible so you don't die of a heart attack at an early age.

Be a doctor. There just aren't enough.
