unless you're not in any good shape to begin with. Don't get carried away, if you do over do it. You could injure yourself so that you won't ever get to workout ever again. It does happen.
Just use common sense & moderation.

If you're in good shape, its time to get a bowflex. I use my mom's and it does the trick. I can work as many as five if I want to, you can do combinations and super sets, to keep things interesting. there are advantages - opposed to going to a gym. Less posers to intimidate you for one. And no distractions (hot chicks) so you stay focused on what you're doing.

You sure can. For exemple it makes sense to do chest, triceps and shoulders the same day. I always start with chest since it's the biggest muscle group.

Of course you can you probably work at least 3 in one set of anything. Swim laps, you'll work every muscle in your body every day

yeah but if youre not in shape you're going to be really sore when u wake up in the morning or the next day

Yes, easily. By walking, you're working out your leg muscles. By smiling, you're working out your mouth muscles and by typing and writing, you're working out you're arm muscles!Just don't over work them!
