I can't answer anymore questions, Is this because I don't ask enough questions?

Its because you are level one, you can vote for best answers and do ratings, that will give you points, once you get more points your level increases, eventually to where you can answer unlimited questions. Asking actually deducts 5 points and then choosing a best answer (which a lot of people never do) gives you back 3 of them. Go in to 'my q&a' view the leader board and look at the tell me more, it gives you a chart of how many questions you get on each level and how many points you need to get there.

No, its because you are on level 1, and you only get to answer 10 or 20 questions. You need 250point to get to level 2, then you can answer a few more ...Etc. You can answer questions again tomorrow. Try voting on other question now to earn more points
(read other questions and choose the best answer).

No. If you check you will find that different levels of points allow you to ask or answer more questions. You have just reached your limit for the day.

each level gives you a certain amount of questions you can ask. If you work at it every day and answer the max, eventually you will be able to answer more questions.

No, it's because you're only allowed a certain amount per day. Go to your profile and click on your point #; you'll see a chart which tells you how many you're allowed per day, per level.
