Sounds like you need a new IAC motor. Should be next to the throttle body.

Could be the fuel filter or the EGR valve or a vaccum leak. I would try the EGR first. It will have a vaccum line going to it. Remove the vaccum line and clog the vaccum line with a screw. This may take care of the problem. If you can't get it figured out, take it to a Ford dealership where they can fix it. Until then, try to predict when the car is going to die and turn off the a/c momentarily. Good luck.

Thats comon with ac useage, the AC draws power frum the engine and makes the engine work harder and you will give more gas to make it go right. get the AC checked and yer coolant system checked.
