My boss' personal injury practice often advances clear-cut cases money against their settlement. Call your lawyer and ask if they can do this. Also, your lawyer should have provided a Letter of Protection or LOP to the doctors or hospitals so they don't bill you until the case is settled, and then the lawyer pays them off. If your lawyer isn't handling this in your best interest, you can send him a drop letter and find someone else to handle it for you. There's no law against it. Be sure to keep track of your lost wages. Those should be reimbursed, too.

Isn't your insurance company paying the bulk of the medical bills?

Do you have coverage for lost wages?

Did you get a lawyer to sue the woman who hit you? You had a lenthy encounter and had more than enough time to get her plate number.

"and im slowly loosing everthing i own dew to the injuries,"

So you were injured?

Did you get the license plate or at least a good look at the vehicle and the person?

Report it to the Police and that is about all you can do.
