this is a creepy question, lol. Have you ever heard of the band Rammstein? Well they have a song called Mein Teil which is based on a guy name Armin Meiwes who lived in Germany who looked for a willing volunteer to be slaughtered. (he's a cannibal) He found one and the volunteer's last wish was to cut off his dick and eat it with the Armin. The volunteer guy didn't live long enough to eat much because he bled to death after a few minutes. Therefore i don't think you could eat much for you would quickly die from bloodloss.

There's a good Stephen King short story about this. I forget the name of the book... but his most recent one of short stories.
Anyway, its a surgeon stranded on an island. Obviously he can't eat his hands 'cause he needs them to do surgery... but feet... ankles... legs... ears... delicious.
