I don't think there is one in particular, as it's historically been women who get the blame and notariety for such activities!! If you notice 'whore' doesn't really have a male equivalent either but some ppl use 'rentboy' / 'malewhore'nowadays.
If you are in this predicament I suggest you give yourself the pleasure of saying it as it is!!
