Why do they call it a ******** if you suck? I mean... you are supposed to suck, right?

It's a misleading term because it's an old term. Back in the
day, folks were self-conscious about using more accurate terms.
It was enough then for the terms to merely hint at what was
going on.

Oral in medical terms means mouth, if u suck, lick, bite, chew it the same it goes in ur mouth (oral) so if u want to suck or lick a sexual part on someone body (like penis or pussy) it sex that where Oral sex come from. now do u understand.
