Yes, all us sci-fi buffs have pondered upon this notion...too fun...However, in answer...I can always be a witch, that is nothing as awesome as actually turning into another being...I, personally, even though I am a biiiig lover of wolves, would not opt for this route...seems a painful change, sort of like PMS every month, plus you can always be shot as a rabid dog...soooo...I vote vampire...especially after seeing Queen of the Damned...looks like a more "humane" way to go with many benefits indeed. LOL

I would rather be a witch, because then at least the change is voluntary and (sometimes) reversable (depending on the mythology). Also, you get a choice about how to use your power. You're not compelled by anything but your own desires and moral compass. Sometimes, it is even possible for the witch to live a reasonably happy and normal life, with only a few more complications. I am, of course, talking about the traditional All Hallows Eve kind of witch, not the real kind.

Well, I wouldn't drink blood, and being a witch means being hated and or burned at the stake. So that leaves werewolf, and every month I would drive to a place no one lives, so I couldn't hurt anyone.
But, being a witch is appealing.
And, you could become a bat, if you were a vampire.
Still, I'm for werewolf.Because you can't find silver bullets everywhere, but you can find wooden stakes and some fire for vampires and witches.

Oh no way! Think about the diseases that you can get from blood. I wouldn't want to become a monster every month. We have enough monsters in this world. I would not give up things of nonmaterial value to gain things with material value. THose are things that lose their value over the years but the nonmaterial things become more and more precious as the years go on.

I'd be a werewolf in a heartbeat, but I wouldn't think they'd necessarily be bloodthirsty as neither man or wolf typically is by nature. Yet, I would find it interesting to have the animal side and almost experience things in that nature, like heightened senses and more primal feelings. It'd definitely be interesting to say the least.

A witch. The Vampire and Werewolf have no control over their desire to feed--it's a hunger. When you have to feed you're going to feed. It's all about teeth; they have those ferocious teeth for a purpose. Blood and gore. It's all animalistic. Unless you're a "vampire with a soul" or a werewolf with conscious control; you'll eat whatever comes your way.
As for the witch; she can be subtle in her use of power. She can also be limitless. And there are many witches who do not abuse their power.

Good question! I would be a white witch so I would use magic for the good and be careful what I conjured for. Werewolfdom and vampiredom have too many rules if we are to believe the folklore. I could definitely live as a witch because you can do it secretly - maybe relocate every couple of years if people get suspicious.

I like this question very much. I would definitely be a Werewolf! It would give me great chance to experience very animalistic and primal emotions.
I would love to sense the world strongly via smells and sounds. I would enjoy rushing through forests in my wolf form, feeling the air and strength of my muscles.
But I would only do it if I could control whom I attack in my wolf form. That I would hunt only animals.

I would be a witch -- wait... I am one already! But, seriously, witches don't have to give up everything they hold dear in order to gain material possessions -- I have no idea where you heard that myth. I keep all of my dearest things and people (including pets) VERY close to me and they aren't going anywhere!
