You will be financially responsible for any damage he does. It sounds like he is already irresponsible. Eventually he will get pulled over, taken to jail and your car impounded. Sounds like the makings of a nightmare to me. But it is your life.

You're probably the one who's going to get "sued" if he gets in a serious accident!Your insurance doesn't cover an unlicensed driver. If he gets stopped he'll get fined for driving without a license and probably hauled off to jail for unpaid fines cause there's probably a warrent issued for him!Husband or not, no driving "your" car until the fines are paid and he gets his license back! That's just life!

Yes big time. Never allow anyone to drive your car who has no license to do so. Also does the car insurance policy cover, others drivers besides yourself? Things to check into before you allow a "Licensed driver" to drive your car. Anyone hurt or killed can result in a lawsuit and perhaps you loosing your license for awhile.

Well depends.. How badly do you want to get rid of him for awhile? Let him drive. Visit him in Jail. Go party.. Unless you kinda like him, then I wouldnt let him drive. Have him Go pay the fines get his drivers license back and all is well.

I think you could get in legal trouble if you let someone who doesn't have a license drive your car. Not to mention the possibility of legal liability if an accident should happen.

I wouldn't let him do it, even if he is your husband...

You both can get into serious trouble and owe more money in fines... just drive him where he wants to go.

You will get in trouble if he gets caught.
Since your husband owes a lot of fines, if he gets caught, you will likely have your car impounded. Yes, they can keep your car.

You need a new husband. Sorry.

ummmm.... Do you want to retrieve your car from a toe yard? Do you want to pay big fines to get it out? If the answer to these and many more painfully obvious questions is "no" then I suggest you don't let him drive.

yes, you are responsible for allowing only liscensced drivers to drive your car. Your insurance reserves the right to drop your coverage if you allow this and are caught. Husband or not, be responsible.
